- Each MacBook belongs to the Design Team 1 member's respective ESU.
- If a Design Team member leaves the school district within 3 years, the MacBook returns to the respective ESU.
- The school district will assume responsibility for MacBook repairs not covered by warranty.
- Design Team members are required to follow school district guidelines for appropriate internet use.
- The ESU can request that the MacBook be returned at any time.
